Speculation that Yogi Adityanath could rise without Narendra Modi overlooks the foundation of his political journey. Modi’s 2014 wave reshaped India’s politics, bringing BJP to power in states where it had little presence. That momentum created the space for leaders like Yogi to emerge. Yogi Adityanath has since established his own stature and influence as Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Minister. Yet his governance builds upon Modi’s initiatives, extending and implementing them at the state level. The synergy between national leadership and state execution has been central to BJP’s success. Rumors of discord between Modi and Yogi are misplaced. Their relationship reflects continuity, not conflict. Yogi’s rise is inseparable from Modi’s groundwork, and together they represent a political partnership driving BJP’s vision forward.

The recent AI Summit in Delhi exposed not just technological ambitions but also the frailties of India’s higher education system. The controversy around Galgotia University—passing off a Chinese experiment as its own—was more than a mere embarrassment; it was a reminder of the deep-rooted culture of plagiarism and hollow claims in Indian academia.Instead of admitting mistakes, the institution tried to justify its actions, leading to international ridicule. Predictably, critics turned their ire toward the government, branding it regressive and anti-science. Yet the real issue lies in the credibility of our universities and the hypocrisy of self-proclaimed intellectuals. When celebrated figures like Sonam Wangchuk are praised for “400 patents” without evidence, and later defended with vague “open-source” rhetoric, the problem becomes systemic. India’s research culture needs integrity, not theatrics.

The Epstein files have reignited concerns about how woke ideology is reshaping institutions. What was once fringe is now mainstream: the New York Times, the American Medical Association, and the American Bar Council all reflect this cultural shift. Step by step, the lobby normalizes radical ideas—gender fluidity, child hormonal treatments without parental consent, even placing male rapists in women’s prisons if they “identify” as female. This same method is now being applied to pedophilia. The push is to reframe it as a “sexual orientation,” not a crime. To assume it will always remain criminal is naïve. The strategy is clear: dismantle the family through unrestrained sexuality. Awareness today is crucial, because silence only accelerates normalization.

Ranveer Singh’s act of mimicking Daiva traditions during an award show was not just insensitive—it was reckless. Despite Rishabh Shetty’s clear request to stop, Singh continued, trivializing a sacred cultural practice. The Karnataka High Court rightly reminded him that as an actor with influence, he has no right to hurt religious sentiments. Art and performance demand responsibility. When tradition is mocked for entertainment, it crosses into abuse. Singh’s disregard highlights a dangerous arrogance: fame does not grant immunity from respect. Religious and cultural practices are not props for comic relief; they embody identity and faith. This incident should serve as a warning. Celebrities must recognize their power and act with restraint. Otherwise, their stage antics risk becoming acts of cultural vandalism rather than art.

A massive development project proposed in the Lakshadweep islands has sparked sharp debate. The plan involves cutting nearly 900,000 trees and spending close to ₹80,000 crore of taxpayers’ money. Supporters call it progress, but critics warn it is an ecological and financial gamble. Lakshadweep lies in a fragile seismic zone, prone to earthquakes and tsunamis. Past tremors have literally shifted coastlines by meters. Building mega-projects here risks not only environmental destruction but also human safety. What looks like “development” could become a disaster funded by public money. The real question is whether such projects serve citizens or simply showcase grandeur. If taxpayers’ money is wagered against nature’s fury, the cost of failure will be unbearable.
