MMRDA | 10 RING ROADS

A NEW WAY OF LOOKING OPENS A NEW WORLD.

The Mumbai Ring Roads Master Plan: A New Way of Looking at Mobility

For decades, Mumbai's mobility has been shaped by the geometry of a narrow north-south corridor.

Now, a new approach is taking shape, one that looks beyond individual infrastructure projects and sees the Mumbai Metropolitan Region as one integrated road network.

MMRDA's 10 Ring Roads Master Plan brings together existing, ongoing and proposed roads, tunnels, sea links and expressways, connecting them into a more seamless regional mobility network.

It marks a fundamental shift in how we think about infrastructure: from individual projects to an interconnected system.

Because the goal is not simply to build more roads. It is to make travel faster, more reliable and more seamless — and, ultimately, to give Mumbaikars back something truly precious: time.

10 Ring Roads.

Multiple choices.

One connected MMR.
