Off-course before voting allmost all voters would be expecting one to two thousand rupees per vote in rural areas and three to five thousand rupees per vote in urban areas. That's why candidates have to spend around five to fifty crores of rupees unofficially in assembly election. For withdrawal of candidature the charge is around five to fifty lakhs as per nuisance value of the rebels or independents. Party colleagues and workers need five to fifty thousands per team per day. Some party bosses take fifty lakhs to five crores rupees for giving party ticket. That's why common man or a man of character, integrity and honesty can not even think of contesting assembly election unless he is sponsored by some vested interests or really transferent NGOs.

After assembly election most likely political development to take place would be merger of some state level parties in national level parties. One most talked about merger is NCP with Congress and Ajitdada with BJP.
